Zucchini Chips

My new dehydrator came in the mail the other day and since then we have been dehydrating like crazy. I of course made my apple chips with pumpkin spice flavoring and we currently have turkey jerky going now (stay tuned I will let you know how it turns out). I also tried zucchini chips and they turned out amazing! So I thought I would share the recipe with you.

that is worth the wait

1 Medium sized zucchini with or without peel

Double Garlic and Pepper Seasoning (I find this at Debuhr's Feed Store in Mattoon, IL)

Dehydrator

Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch pieces and lay out on dehydrator trays. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper seasoning. Set dehydrator to 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow to dehydrate overnight, about 8-10 hours for mine. 1 medium zucchini made approximately 4 trays worth of chips.

A simple and healthy snack that is well worth the wait!
